Dozer Having Neck Issues

Our little man is on pain meds and muscle relaxants. We are not sure what is going on but his neck started spasming on Saturday and the vet thought perhaps he jumped off the couch or fell or something like that. We thought he was all better but last night he was not a happy boy so another vet visit may be in order! Your good thoughts and prayers are always appreciated for the beloved corgi (and his cocker spaniel brother too!)

Dozer! I heard about your neck injury from Mango! Sure hope you feel better soon - we will say a prayer for you! I hurt my back and neck a couple weeks ago, and with the help of some pain meds and rest (even though I don't want to...), I'm feeling TONS better. I hope you will, too! Remember - no running or jumping or anything fun! Oh - and I'm not sure what you wear,, but our vets at Kansas State University Teaching Hospital recommended I switch over from a collar to a harness to make it easier on my neck. Just a thought.
Heal!
Luv,
Dave

Hi Dozer! My name is Bart, and I came over from Mango's. I had this pinched nerve thingy in my neck about a year ago. It hurt like crazy and I would scream and whine if I moved the wrong way. After two rounds of muscle relaxers and steroids, Mom took me to acupuncture. It fixed me right up. It took about four visits and I took some herbs for about six months, but I'm all better now. Hope you feel better soon, too.

Dozer, dude! You and Jed both need better Guardian Angels. We're so sorry about your neck and hope you are fully recovered really soon. Sounds like you got some worthwhile suggestions to consider. Maybe your mom could get you some ramps to get on the bed and sofa, too. No jumping for a while, buddy. Get better!
