Mum has forever altered my good looks. Whilst I attempted to eat a dead mouse out upon our walk a few days ago, she pulled my leash with abandon. I put my head down and scraped my nose on the sidewalk. There were gallons pints was a bit of blood.
I can never be a show dog (Mum says for a variety of reasons, not the least of which I have no jesticals) with this HUGE scar on my nose. I feel I am due some compensation in the form of nibbles and treats. Mum says no.* Note from Mum: Last night Dozer and Cooper lied when I asked them if their father had fed them. "Oh no!" they said when, in fact, they had just finished their dinner from their father. So they had a second dinner and continued to deny the first entree they had consumed a half hour earlier. (big sigh) This can only wreak havoc on their diets!

Think of it as adding character to you snout Dozer.
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
Dozer, your breed was originally created to herd sheep & other animals so you're a "working breed". It's okay if you get scars on you & if you go for shows, you should not get disqualified. A good judge cannot/will not disqualify a working breed because of a scar on it so it's not a problem at all. I think you still look handsome with that small ouchie above your nose. I hope it'll heal up soon.
Dozer, this abuse has to stop. I tell you what, our humans just don't treat us right! Would you believe that my momma DENIED me a 'brunch' the other day?! I had breakfast at 8, and I was HUNGRY again at 11! A GIRL NEEDS BRUNCH!
And now your momma is beating up your angel face... Let's move away together. A safe asylum, of sorts.

Awww poor baby! Hope your nose feels better soon!
Hahahaha also the night of two dinners happened to me, too! Sadie did the same thing! Sneaky pups.
I hope your nose gets better soon - nothing worse than a sore snout! sandie
I swear, that sometimes, it seems as if you live the exact same life that we do! Our two corgi kids lie all the time about being fed, honestly, what is a parent to do???
Now, why would y'all want to eat a dead mouse anyway? Sheesh!
Poor little nosie.
Your Mom can't blame you for getting a second dinner if she was offering! You weren't telling her you hadn't eaten... just that you were hungry... right? Of course, right! Your Mom should know by now not to ask a question like that!!! I sure hope your owie heals up much better than MY owie did! Of course, mine was through a lot more layers of skin... Mercy from CC
